Privacy policy

This is a plain-language summary of how Vibe Vault handles your data. It is a working draft and not legal advice.

What we store

When you sign in we create a profile tied to your email address. As you use the app we store what you choose to track: your items (status, rating, like), diary logs, reviews and lists. We do not sell your data or run third-party ad tracking.

Authentication

Sign-in uses a magic link via Supabase Auth. Your session is kept in an httpOnly cookie. We never see or store a password.

Third-party content

Titles, artwork and metadata are fetched from TMDB, IGDB, Google Books, OpenLibrary, iTunes and MusicBrainz. Loading a page may request images from those providers.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can edit your profile and delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile and all associated data (items, logs, reviews, lists) by cascade. An export of your content is on the roadmap.
